About us

Duffy Rich

Duffy, a California native, was born into a showbiz family. He attended college in Los Angeles, graduating with a TV and film production degree. He comes from a strong background in music distribution and production. He was charged with discovering new talent and overhauling under-performing music labels for over a decade. He worked with numerous prosperous artists and now has multiple multi-platinum albums. Having always wanted to be part of developing TV programming, he took his experience and talents to the world of television and film production. His credits include The Amazing Race, Survivor, Storage Hunters, Mystery Diners, MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Guy Fieri's Grocery Games, Gordon Ramsey's The F Word, Best New Restaurant, Below Deck, Legendary, Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Vessels, Below Deck Down Under and many others.

Erika Landin Rich

Erika, a native Chicagoan, is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, a professional ballet, modern and contemporary dancer, and a former Pilates instructor. Landin appeared in the film Dance with Me, has appeared in numerous commercials, and has graced the cover of Femme Fatales magazine. Erika now specializes in reality television casting and development. She has cast countless award-winning hit shows including Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Bachelor, Pirate Master, MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Millionaire Matchmaker, Tabatha's Salon Takeover, The Fashion Show, The Kandi Factory, The Face, The Cougar, The Biggest Loser, Gordon Ramsey's The F-word, Cutthroat kitchen, Legendary, Below Deck, Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Vessels, Below Deck Down Under and much more!

Our Story

It's your typical boy meets girl, girl marries boy and together with their passion for the entertainment industry, Richland Entertainment (RLE) was born!

Richland Entertainment has been touted by many as one of the world's most prestigious unscripted casting and development companies in the biz today! With international success and critical acclaim, RLE was founded in 2011 by seasoned casting directors Erika Landin & Duffy Rich. RLE specializes in reality participants, docu-drama series, series development, celebrity bookings, hosts, mentor, expert, including competition and game show contestant casting of all ages. Since RLE is on the frontlines for finding great casts, we believe that we can really mine for that "casting gold" needed for great development content!
